The module adds Microsoft Clarity code to PrestaShop's store sites, allowing fast and seamless integration of the user behavior analysis tool. Simply enter Clarity ID in the module configuration and the script will be automatically embedded in the store.
The module has been prepared for PrestaShop store owners who want to easily implement Microsoft Clarity – a tool for detailed analysis of the behavior of visitors to the website.
After installing the module in the administration panel, there is a clear configuration page, on which just specify the Clarity project identifier. The module will automatically add the corresponding tracking code to the section <head> all pages of the store, without the need to manually edit files or template.
Integration with Microsoft Clarity allows you to collect valuable data such as click maps, session recordings or user interaction information. This allows you to better understand how to use the store, improve UX and increase the efficiency of sales activities.

The scope of reports is provided by Microsoft Clarity and may include, among others, heat maps and session recordings. Results are viewed in this service's panel, not in the module's panel.
Can tracking be temporarily disabled?

Yes. The module has a switch that allows you to stop adding a script without deleting the saved project ID.
Does installing the module alone solve the issue of consent to tracking?
Shop answer:
NO. The store owner should connect the script execution with the consent mechanism and privacy policy used, depending on his configuration and applicable requirements.
