The module allows the shop employee to manually attach the invoice to the order, save its number KSeF and send the client an email notification with a secure link to download.
If you issue invoices in accounting software or an ERP, Order Invoices lets you share the finished document from the shop panel. Staff attach the file to an order, and customers can download it and return to it after purchase. You can keep your existing invoicing software.
Upload the file and enter its invoice number in the order view. Depending on configuration, you can also add the issue date, a note for the customer and the KSeF number. Documents are listed with the order, making them easier to find during a customer or accounting enquiry.
You can edit a saved invoice's details. Add the KSeF number later without uploading the file again. The module can check the number's format, but that check does not confirm its existence in KSeF.
For each invoice, decide whether to send an email notification. The message contains document details and a download link; optionally, include the invoice as an attachment. Staff do not need to prepare a separate message in an email application.
You can resend the notification if the customer needs it. The last-sent date shows when the document was shared.
Signed-in customers find the document in the order details and on the "My invoices" page. The email link also works for customers who purchased without creating an account. Self-service access reduces the need to contact the shop just to request another copy.
Documents are stored outside the shop's public directory. The module checks access through customer accounts, and email links use individual tokens. Settings define the permitted extensions and maximum file size.
The workflow is to issue an invoice in your own system, save the file, attach it to the order and send a notification. Update the existing document's details when needed.
The module shares prepared invoices and stores their details. It does not issue invoices, send them to KSeF or retrieve them automatically from accounting software.
